ARS Provides free travel planning for every client.  We give you personalized service catered to your exact needs.  ARS highly recommends Travel Insurance that covers Medical Insurance too, Once you decide on a itinerary that suits your needs, we will invoice you for your travel expenses and send everything immediately to your inbox. 

ARS is well aware that Airlines  want to get passengers to their destinations on time,  there are many things that can – and sometimes do – make it difficult  for flights to arrive on time.  Some problems, like bad weather, air  traffic delays, and mechanical issues, are hard to predict and often  beyond the airlines’ control.  Good news that ARS understands that and we are happy to have a driver keep checking for arrivals/departure flights to make sure we are available when you do arrive.  ARS and its drivers are always a phone call or text away.

ARS understands that Airlines do their best and things happen.  Please take the time to call your ARS Travel agent and let here work her magic to retrieve your luggage.  ARS will do our best to receive your luggage but make no guarantees that the airline will cooperate. It may require you to be there to get it with your photo ID to pick it up. 

ARS is happy to accommodate the change in hotels. Just talk to your driver and he will take you to the new hotel. 

That depends! ARS understands that the world can change in an instant. Our travel services are free for planning.  However, if you cancel the arrangements, ARS may not be able to get a refund for the cancellations depending on how you booked. Please contact ARS to speak to an agent.

ARS highly recommends that the clients get Travel Insurance.  Travel insurance usually includes trip cancellation coverage, which  provides an added level of peace of mind for travelers and covers the  costs of missed flights, canceled reservations and other expenses  associated with an unexpected trip cancellation.  

Medical Trip Insurance covers - in case you or a loved one gets sick while traveling. definitely an added bonus when traveling.  This pays for the costs of treatment and hospitalization where a  traveler’s normal health insurance policy won’t kick in. This can be  significant in a number of situations. For instance, if a traveler has  an HMO or a PPO, an out-of-state hospital might not take his or her  insurance, and if a traveler gets sick in a foreign country, the cost of  an emergency flight back to the United States could easily exceed  several thousand dollars. Travel insurance with medical expense coverage  takes care of those costs and makes it much easier to travel  domestically or internationally without worrying. Having medical expense  coverage is absolutely essential during long trips and is one of the  most popular benefits of travel insurance. 

ARS Accepts all major credit cards and cash.  

Every client is invoiced via Square, our credit card software company. You will receive proof of payment as soon as you hit the send button. 

Simply email ARS and we will go through our records and send you a new copy right away once you verify that you are indeed the account holder. 

Absolutely 100% you are able to cancel. If you call 48 hours in advance of your reservation, you will get a full refund.  Under 47 hours,  You will only get 50% Refund.  Under 24 hours there will be no refund. 

Great question.  ARS will send you a photo of your drivers vehicle and a photo of the driver to the cell number you have on file. Your security is our number one priority.  The same to our drivers, we value all of our team and their safety is always on our minds. 

If clients have one of our drivers and spend the night some place other than Sacramento County, The clients will at their expense pay for the drivers hotel and eating expenses.  Unless the clients make arrangements for the driver to return home once they arrive.  Anything over 8 hours, the clients are responsible to take care of your private driver. 

All drivers give the client after arrival ;one hour free wait time.  After that the client must give the driver a $20.00/wait fee per hour.  That goes directly to your driver for waiting on the client.  

You can always tell them they can go home and you can call when you are ready to be picked up. We can not guarantee a driver will be available to come get you if you send them home. ARS does our best to accommodate everyone's needs.  However, our drivers do need time to recuperate after driving all day. 

ARS has an absolutely ZERO Tolerance Compliance Policy that no alcoholic beverages be consumed or used by any person under the legal drinking age 21 years of age.  Clients over 21 years of age can absolutely go to wine tours but all alcohol must be consumed on site and no alcohol will be allowed in ARS vehicles. Client further understands and agrees that it is ARS's policy that no illegal drugs or contraband be used by any passenger during transport. In the event the ARS sedans, SUV's, Shuttle Buses or Limousines are seized or damaged due to client 's improper use of alcohol or use of illegal drugs or contraband. The client shall be held responsible for additional charges due to down time in which the vehicle is unable to be hired out, cleaning fees and/or for repairs to any damages, that includes towing charges.

At the time of the singing of the Contract, the Client shall pay a deposit of $150.00 to ARS for

the purpose of any unforeseen costs that may be charged due to damage or misuse of the ARS

Transportation Services . Additional fees and costs can include but are not limited to: broken glassware; lost or stolen property.; extensive cleanup, detailing and waxing; shampooing, disinfecting of interior/exterior due to sickness, spills, bodily fluids of any kind, or other accidents; rips, burns or tears to upholstery; or vandalism  in any of ARS Sedans, SUV's. Shuttlebuses or Limo's.  An itemized bill will be given to the client for any of the above.

In the event that it does not occur in one of our vehicles, client will get the remainder of their deposit returned.

ARS, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of ARS, divulge, disclose, or

communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary, personal or compromising to the client. ARS and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential.
